New font
So I think the heading of my blog needed something new. So I am starting with the font. Well I got carried away and did the whole alphabet.
Playing with adobe Illustrator
A lot of jobs out there require you to know how to use Adobe Illustrator, so I downloaded a free 30 day trial of the program to see how the program works. Day two of playing with Illustrator.

So I have been cleaning my studio and came across an old painting I did back in college and thought to myself wow I can do so much better now. So here is the sketch of my recent work in progress. Color will be added soon. I have a couple of projects I am working on that are secret right now. but will post on them when the time is right. So for now enjoy.

A new me... Well an old me... Or a younger me.
So I think it is time to use this blog to my advantage from here on out. I have had many reasons and excuses to why I have slacked on my art lately one is my Beautiful daughter Reagan who was born in Sep. Yet she is the cutest excuse I have.
Since the last post I have found the secret to my success. Since I graduated from College everything I have drawn or created in some form of art, my mind set was always how can this make me money? I did the thing every Artist or Illustrator did and sent things out to get noticed in this world. Then the fear sunk in and the thought of how can I make money from my art was still on the brain, also the thought of maybe I'm not that great, and what some friends and family say is I'm trying to hard.
It wasn't until mid December that I found the solution to my success. I was drawing things with a little family member that helped me remember why I do art in the first place. And the reason is I love it, I have a passion for it. That is what I had when I whipped out art after art in college and so now the fear and doubt are out of the way and success will be mine. thanks kehl for helping me remember this process of art I have forgotten. And now coming this week new art and lots of it.
